OpGen reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on August 20, 2020.
In 2019, three OpGen executives received on average a compensation package of $358K, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Evan Jones, Chief Executive Officer, received $448K in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2018. 95% of Jones' compensation, or $425K, was in salary. Jones also received $23K in stock awards.
Timothy Dec, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $315K, which decreased by 17% compared to previous year. 95% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
Vadim Sapiro, Chief Information Officer, earned $311K in 2019, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
