Oliver Schacht, Chief Executive Officer, received $521K in total, which decreased by 41% compared to 2021. 78% of Schacht's compensation, or $408K, was in salary. Schacht also received $52K in option awards and $61K in stock awards.
Albert Weber, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $513K. 58% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
Johannes Bacher, Chief Operating Officer, earned $368K in 2022, a 33% decrease compared to previous year.
