OptiNose reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 29, 2020.
In 2019, four OptiNose executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 139% increase compared to previous year.
Peter K. Miller, Chief Executive Officer, received $2M in total, which increased by 161% compared to 2018. 50% of Miller's compensation, or $1M, was in option awards. Miller also received $403K in non-equity incentive plan, $600K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Ramy A. Mahmoud, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 136% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $694K, was in option awards.
Michael F. Marino, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.1M in 2019, a 114% increase compared to previous year.
Keith A. Goldan, Chief Financial Officer, received $986K in 2019, which increases by 103% compared to 2018.
