OptiNose reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 28, 2021.
In 2020, five OptiNose executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Peter K. Miller, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.1M in total, which increased by 52% compared to 2019. 47% of Miller's compensation, or $1.4M, was in stock awards. Miller also received $370K in non-equity incentive plan, $658K in option awards, $618K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Ramy A. Mahmoud, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $631K, was in stock awards.
Victor M. Clavelli, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2020.
Michael F. Marino, Chief Legal Officer, received $921K in 2020, which decreases by 16% compared to 2019.
Keith A. Goldan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $916K in 2020, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
