OptiNose reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 26, 2022.
In 2021, five OptiNose executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter K. Miller, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which decreased by 27% compared to 2020. 31% of Miller's compensation, or $690K, was in stock awards. Miller also received $248K in non-equity incentive plan, $675K in option awards, $637K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Ramy A. Mahmoud, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which decreased by 15% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $504K, was in salary.
Victor M. Clavelli, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $949K in 2021, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael F. Marino, Chief Legal Officer, received $931K in 2021, which increases by 1% compared to 2020.
Keith A. Goldan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $927K in 2021, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
