OptiNose reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 1, 2023.
In 2022, three OptiNose executives received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter K. Miller, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which decreased by 30% compared to 2021. 40% of Miller's compensation, or $637K, was in salary. Miller also received $544K in option awards, $399K in stock awards, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Ramy A. Mahmoud, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which decreased by 17% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $504K, was in salary.
Michael F. Marino, Chief Legal Officer, earned $997K in 2022, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
