Oracle CTO Lawrence Ellison's 2018 pay jumps 164% to $109M

Oracle reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on September 26, 2018.
In 2018, five Oracle executives received on average a compensation package of $82M, a 139% increase compared to previous year.
Lawrence J. Ellison, Chief Technology Officer, received $109M in total, which increased by 164% compared to 2017. 95% of Ellison's compensation, or $104M, was in option awards. Ellison also received $3.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1 in salary, as well as $1.6M in other compensation.
Mark V. Hurd, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $108M, which increased by 165% compared to previous year. 96% of the compensation package, or $104M, was in option awards.
Safra A. Catz, Chief Executive Officer, earned $108M in 2018, a 166% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas Kurian, President, Product Development, received $74M in 2018, which increases by 106% compared to 2017.
Edward Screven, Executive Vice President, Chief Corporate Architect, earned $13M in 2018.
Oracle's fiscal year ends on May 31.
