Oracle reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on September 23, 2022.
In 2022, four Oracle executives received on average a compensation package of $78M, a 566% increase compared to previous year.
Lawrence J. Ellison, Chief Technology Officer, received $139M in total, which increased by 1,078% compared to 2021. 93% of Ellison's compensation, or $129M, was in option awards. Ellison also received $7.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $1 in salary, as well as $1.6M in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2022, the median employee pay was $75,043 at Oracle. Therefore, the ratio of Lawrence J. Ellison's pay to the median employee pay was 1,848 to one.
Safra A. Catz, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $138M, which increased by 1200% compared to previous year. 94% of the compensation package, or $129M, was in option awards.
Edward Screven, EVP, Chief Corporate Architect, earned $22M in 2022, a 64% increase compared to previous year.
Dorian E. Daley, General Counsel, received $15M in 2022, which increases by 32% compared to 2021.
