Oragenics reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on May 16, 2019.
In 2018, three Oragenics executives received on average a compensation package of $588K, a 52% increase compared to previous year.
Alan Joslyn, Chief Executive Officer, received $835K in total, which increased by 49% compared to 2017. 42% of Joslyn's compensation, or $350K, was in salary. Joslyn also received $140K in bonus, $330K in option awards, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Michael O. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $506K, which increased by 39% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $219K, was in salary.
Martin Handfield, Senior Vice President Discovery Research, earned $423K in 2018, a 78% increase compared to previous year.
