Alan Joslyn, Chief Executive Officer, received $488K in total, which decreased by 42% compared to 2018. 75% of Joslyn's compensation, or $368K, was in salary. Joslyn also received $87K in bonus and $34K in other compensation.
Michael O. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $313K, which decreased by 38% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $230K, was in salary.
Martin Handfield, Senior Vice President Discovery Research, earned $245K in 2019, a 42% decrease compared to previous year.
