Oragenics reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 24, 2021.
In 2020, three Oragenics executives received on average a compensation package of $631K, a 81% increase compared to previous year.
Alan Joslyn, Chief Executive Officer, received $903K in total, which increased by 85% compared to 2019. 42% of Joslyn's compensation, or $376K, was in option awards. Joslyn also received $138K in bonus, $368K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Michael O. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $532K, which increased by 70% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $235K, was in option awards.
Martin Handfield, Senior Vice President Discovery Research, earned $457K in 2020, a 87% increase compared to previous year.
