OSI Systems reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 19, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at OSI Systems received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Deepak Chopra, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.3M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2017. 59% of Chopra's compensation, or $4.3M, was in stock awards. Victor S. Sze, General Counsel, received $2.8M in 2018, which increases by 11% compared to 2017.
Mal Maginnis, President of Rapiscan Systems, Inc, earned $892K in 2018.
OSI Systems' fiscal year ends on June 30.
