OSI Systems reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on October 22, 2019.
In 2019, five executives at OSI Systems received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Deepak Chopra, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.8M in total, which decreased by 7% compared to 2018. 50% of Chopra's compensation, or $3.4M, was in stock awards. Chopra also received $302K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $975K in salary, as well as $191K in other compensation.

Alan Edrick, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3M in 2019, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Victor S. Sze, General Counsel, received $2.6M in 2019, which decreases by 7% compared to 2018.
Mal Maginnis, President of Rapiscan Detection, earned $959K in 2019, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
OSI Systems' fiscal year ends on June 30.
