OSI Systems reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on October 21, 2020.
In 2020, five executives at OSI Systems received on average a compensation package of $3.9M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Deepak Chopra, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.6M in total, which increased by 41% compared to 2019. 50% of Chopra's compensation, or $4.8M, was in stock awards. Chopra also received $1.8M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $953K in salary, as well as $131K in other compensation.
Ajay Mehra, Executive Vice President of the Company and President, Cargo Scanning and Solutions, received a compensation package of $4M, which decreased by 13% compared to previous year. 75% of the compensation package, or $3M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Alan Edrick, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.8M in 2020, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Victor S. Sze, General Counsel, received $2.4M in 2020, which decreases by 5% compared to 2019.
Mal Maginnis, President of Rapiscan Detection, earned $827K in 2020, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
OSI Systems' fiscal year ends on June 30.
