OSI Systems reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on October 21, 2021.

Victor S. Sze, General Counsel, received $2.4M in 2021, which decreases by 3% compared to 2020.
Mal Maginnis, President of Rapiscan Detection, earned $916K in 2021, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
