OSI Systems reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 26, 2022.
In 2022, five executives at OSI Systems received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Deepak Chopra, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.7M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2021. 50% of Chopra's compensation, or $4.8M, was in stock awards. Chopra also received $2M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $995K in salary, as well as $130K in other compensation.
Ajay Mehra, Executive Vice President of the Company and President, Cargo Scanning Solutions, received a compensation package of $3M, which decreased by 14% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Alan Edrick, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.9M in 2022, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Victor S. Sze, General Counsel, received $2.4M in 2022, which increases by 3% compared to 2021.
Mal Maginnis, President of Rapiscan Detection, earned $784K in 2022, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
OSI Systems' fiscal year ends on June 30.
