Outbrain reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, three Outbrain executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 45% decrease compared to previous year.

David Kostman, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.2M in total, which decreased by 56% compared to 2020. 55% of Kostman's compensation, or $1.2M, was in bonus. Kostman also received $579K in non-equity incentive plan and $400K in salary.
Yaron Galai, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which decreased by 29% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $600K, was in bonus.
Elise Garofalo, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2021, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
