Ovintiv reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 23, 2022.
In 2019, eight Ovintiv executives received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Doug Suttles, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2018. 58% of Suttles' compensation, or $7.3M, was in stock awards. Suttles also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.4M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $276K in other compensation.
