Ovintiv reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 23, 2022.
In 2021, six Ovintiv executives received on average a compensation package of $5M, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
Doug Suttles, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2020. 78% of Suttles' compensation, or $9.5M, was in stock awards. Suttles also received $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $683K in salary, as well as $394K in other compensation.
