PagerDuty CEO Jennifer Tejada's 2020 pay jumps 103% to $9.1M

PagerDuty reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 4, 2020.
In 2020, three PagerDuty executives received on average a compensation package of $5.8M, a 88% increase compared to previous year.
Jennifer Tejada, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.1M in total, which increased by 103% compared to 2019. 94% of Tejada's compensation, or $8.6M, was in option awards. Tejada also received $62K in non-equity incentive plan, $414K in salary, as well as $23K in other compensation.
David Justice, Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, received a compensation package of $5.7M. 91% of the compensation package, or $5.2M, was in stock awards.
Howard Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2020, a 57% increase compared to previous year.
PagerDuty's fiscal year ends on January 31.
