PagerDuty reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 3, 2022.
In 2022, four PagerDuty executives received on average a compensation package of $7.3M, a 110% increase compared to previous year.
Jennifer Tejada, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 98% compared to 2021. 89% of Tejada's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Tejada also received $885K in non-equity incentive plan, $508K in salary, as well as $7.9K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2022, the median employee pay was $232,212 at PagerDuty. Therefore, the ratio of Jennifer Tejada's pay to the median employee pay was 57 to one.
David Justice, Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, received a compensation package of $6.9M, which increased by 310% compared to previous year. 86% of the compensation package, or $6M, was in stock awards.
Howard Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.4M in 2022, a 71% increase compared to previous year.
Stacey Giamalis, General Counsel, received $2.5M in 2022, which increases by 43% compared to 2021.
