Paragon 28 reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 5, 2022.
In 2021, three Paragon 28 executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 115% increase compared to previous year.
Albert DaCosta, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which increased by 398% compared to 2020. 81% of DaCosta's compensation, or $3.8M, was in option awards. DaCosta also received $246K in bonus, $615K in salary, as well as $26K in other compensation.
Matthew Jarboe, Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which increased by 76% compared to previous year. 62% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in option awards.
Stephen M. Deitsch, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2021, which is about the same as previous year.
