Paragon 28 reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 6, 2023.
In 2022, four Paragon 28 executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Albert DaCosta, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.2M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2021. 70% of DaCosta's compensation, or $3.7M, was in stock awards. DaCosta also received $870K in non-equity incentive plan, $650K in salary, as well as $29K in other compensation.
Jason Edie, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M. 41% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in option awards.
Matthew Jarboe, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2022, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen M. Deitsch, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.2M in 2022, which increases by 17% compared to 2021.
