Parker-Hannifin reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on September 28, 2020.
In 2020, five executives at Parker-Hannifin received on average a compensation package of $8.7M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas L. Williams, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2019. 32% of Williams' compensation, or $6M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings. Williams also received $3.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $3M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, $5.4M in stock awards, as well as $144K in other compensation.
Lee C. Banks, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $10M, which decreased by 13% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $3.5M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Catherine A. Suever, Chief Financial Officer, earned $8.4M in 2020, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Joseph R. Leonti, General Counsel, received $2.9M in 2020, which increases by 4% compared to 2019.
Andrew M. Weeks, Vice President and President - Engineered Materials Group, earned $2.9M in 2020.
Parker-Hannifin's fiscal year ends on June 30.
