PartnerRe CEO Patrick Thiele's 2009 pay jumps 67% to $9.1M

PartnerRe reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 1, 2010.
In 2009, six PartnerRe executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Patrick A. Thiele, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.1M in total, which increased by 67% compared to 2008. 55% of Thiele's compensation, or $5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Thiele also received $1.9M in bonus, $1M in salary, as well as $1.2M in other compensation.
Costas Miranthis, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.7M, which decreased by 11% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Bruno Meyenhofer, Chairman, earned $3.4M in 2009, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Albert A. Benchimol, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in 2009, which decreases by 38% compared to 2008.
Scott D. Moore, Chairman, earned $1.9M in 2009, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Theodore C. Walker, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.5M in 2009.
