PartnerRe reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on April 4, 2012.
In 2011, five PartnerRe executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 62% decrease compared to previous year.
Costas Miranthis, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which decreased by 31% compared to 2010. 29% of Miranthis' compensation, or $1M, was in salary. Miranthis also received $547K in non-equity incentive plan, $731K in option awards, $755K in stock awards, as well as $470K in other compensation.
Theodore C. Walker, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which decreased by 6% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $755K, was in stock awards.
Emmanuel Clarke, Chief Executive Officer, earned $2M in 2011, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
William Babcock, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.8M in 2011, which increases by 30% compared to 2010.
Marvin Pestcoe, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.5M in 2011, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
