Paychex CEO Jonathan Judge's 2007 pay slips 3% to $4.7M

Paychex reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on August 31, 2007.
In 2007, five Paychex executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, which is about the same as previous year.
Jonathan J. Judge, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which decreased by 3% compared to 2006. 51% of Judge's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Judge also received $1M in non-equity incentive plan, $868K in salary, $363K in stock awards, as well as $17K in other compensation.
Martin Mucci, Senior Vice President, Operations, received a compensation package of $1M, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $387K, was in salary.
John M. Morphy, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1M in 2007, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Walter Turek, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, received $1M in 2007, which increases by 4% compared to 2006.
Daniel A. Canzano, Vice President, Information Technology, earned $599K in 2007, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Paychex's fiscal year ends on May 31.
