PAYCOR HCM reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on September 12, 2022.
In 2022, three PAYCOR HCM executives received on average a compensation package of $5.6M, a 322% increase compared to previous year.
Raul Villar, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.8M in total, which increased by 686% compared to 2021. 46% of Villar's compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. Villar also received $721K in non-equity incentive plan, $3.4M in option awards, $550K in salary, as well as $29K in other compensation.
Adam Ante, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.4M, which increased by 205% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $1.9M, was in stock awards.
Chuck Mueller, Chief Revenue Officer, earned $3.7M in 2022, a 157% increase compared to previous year.
PAYCOR HCM's fiscal year ends on June 30.
