PBF Energy reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 17, 2020.
In 2019, five PBF Energy executives received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas J. Nimbley, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which decreased by 36% compared to 2018. 28% of Nimbley's compensation, or $2.9M, was in stock awards. Nimbley also received $2.3M in bonus, $890K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.4M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $198K in other compensation.
Matthew C. Lucey, President, received a compensation package of $4.4M, which decreased by 39% compared to previous year. 30% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
C. Erik Young, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.9M in 2019, a 40% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas O'Connor, SVP, Commercial, received $3.6M in 2019, which decreases by 40% compared to 2018.
T. Paul Davis, President Western Region, earned $3.6M in 2019, a 40% decrease compared to previous year.
