PBF Energy reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 8, 2021.
In 2020, four PBF Energy executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 45% decrease compared to previous year.

Thomas J. Nimbley, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.9M in total, which decreased by 51% compared to 2019. 35% of Nimbley's compensation, or $1.7M, was in stock awards. Nimbley also received $554K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.6M in option awards, $875K in salary, as well as $172K in other compensation.
Matthew C. Lucey, President, received a compensation package of $2.4M, which decreased by 47% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $783K, was in stock awards.
C. Erik Young, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2M in 2020, a 47% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas O'Connor, SVP, Commercial, received $1.9M in 2020, which decreases by 48% compared to 2019.
