PDL BioPharma reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on July 7, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at PDL BioPharma received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Dominique Monnet, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.7M in total, which increased by 168% compared to 2018. 57% of Monnet's compensation, or $3.8M, was in option awards. Monnet also received $508K in non-equity incentive plan, $635K in salary, $1.7M in stock awards, as well as $58K in other compensation.
Peter Garcia, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.6M, which increased by 22% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in other compensation.
Christopher Stone, General Counsel, earned $2.5M in 2019, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Jill Jene, Vice President, Business Development, received $1.2M in 2019, which increases by 61% compared to 2018.
Edward Imbrogno, Chief Financial Officer, earned $814K in 2019.
