Pentair reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 22, 2019.
In 2018, six Pentair executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 42% decrease compared to previous year.
John L. Stauch, Chief Executive Officer, received $6M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2017. 47% of Stauch's compensation, or $2.9M, was in stock awards. Stauch also received $344K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $633K in option awards, $853K in salary, as well as $41K in other compensation.
Randall J. Hogan, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.5M, which decreased by 68% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $3.1M, was in bonus.
Karl R. Frykman, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.1M in 2018, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Mark C. Borin, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.5M in 2018.
Karla C. Robertson, General Counsel, earned $2M in 2018.
Philip M. Rolchigo, Chief Technology Officer, received $1.5M in 2018.
