Pepco Holdings reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on March 31, 2011.
In 2010, six executives at Pepco Holdings received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.

Gary J. Morsches, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in 2010.
David M. Velazquez, Executive Vice President, earned $1.2M in 2010, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
John U. Huffman, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in 2010, which increases by 17% compared to 2009.
