Perficient reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on March 24, 2009.
In 2008, five Perficient executives received on average a compensation package of $957K, a 43% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffrey S. Davis, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.8M in total, which decreased by 44% compared to 2007. 83% of Davis' compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Davis also received $285K in salary and $12K in other compensation.
John T. McDonald, Chairman, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 52% compared to previous year. 80% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.

Timothy J. Thompson, Vice President - Client Development, received $409K in 2008, which decreases by 32% compared to 2007.
Richard T. Kalbfleish, Former Vice President – Finance & Administration, earned $225K in 2008, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
