In 2018, four Perficient executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey S. Davis, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.2M in total, which increased by 37% compared to 2017. 61% of Davis' compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Davis also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $622K in salary, as well as $48K in other compensation.

Paul E. Martin, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2018, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
