Perficient reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 13, 2021.
In 2020, three Perficient executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffrey S. Davis, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.6M in total, which decreased by 7% compared to 2019. 58% of Davis' compensation, or $3.2M, was in stock awards. Davis also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $647K in salary, as well as $56K in other compensation.
Thomas J. Hogan, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.4M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Paul E. Martin, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2020, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
