Perficient reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 13, 2022.
In 2021, three Perficient executives received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey S. Davis, Chief Executive Officer, received $7M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2020. 62% of Davis' compensation, or $4.3M, was in stock awards. Davis also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $650K in salary, as well as $59K in other compensation.
Thomas J. Hogan, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.3M, which increased by 36% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $2.1M, was in stock awards.
Paul E. Martin, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2021, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
