MFRI reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on May 11, 2020.
In 2018, four MFRI executives received on average a compensation package of $506K, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
David J. Mansfield, Chief Executive Officer, received $890K in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2017. 59% of Mansfield's compensation, or $523K, was in stock awards. Mansfield also received $357K in salary and $10K in other compensation.
Karl J. Schmidt, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $717K, which increased by 18% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $262K, was in salary.
Wayne M. Bosch, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $330K in 2018, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
D. Bryan Norwood, Chief Financial Officer, received $88K in 2018.
MFRI's fiscal year ends on January 31.
