MFRI reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 11, 2020.
In 2019, three MFRI executives received on average a compensation package of $682K, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
David J. Mansfield, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 35% compared to 2018. 48% of Mansfield's compensation, or $577K, was in stock awards. Mansfield also received $234K in bonus, $382K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Wayne M. Bosch, Chief Human Resources Officer, received a compensation package of $426K, which increased by 29% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $256K, was in salary.
D. Bryan Norwood, Chief Financial Officer, earned $415K in 2019, a 372% increase compared to previous year.
MFRI's fiscal year ends on January 31.
