MFRI reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 13, 2022.
In 2021, four MFRI executives received on average a compensation package of $649K, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
David J. Mansfield, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 55% compared to 2020. 40% of Mansfield's compensation, or $494K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Mansfield also received $418K in salary, $315K in stock awards, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Grant W. Dewbre, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $471K. 54% of the compensation package, or $254K, was in salary.
D. Bryan Norwood, Chief Financial Officer, earned $468K in 2021, a 38% increase compared to previous year.
Wayne M. Bosch, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $417K in 2021, which increases by 15% compared to 2020.
MFRI's fiscal year ends on January 31.
