MFRI reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 8, 2023.
In 2022, three MFRI executives received on average a compensation package of $881K, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
David J. Mansfield, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.5M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2021. 48% of Mansfield's compensation, or $724K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Mansfield also received $450K in salary, $337K in stock awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Grant W. Dewbre, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $568K, which increased by 21% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $289K, was in salary.
D. Bryan Norwood, Chief Financial Officer, earned $551K in 2022, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
MFRI's fiscal year ends on January 31.
