Personalis reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 1, 2021.
In 2020, three Personalis executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 37% increase compared to previous year.

John West, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which increased by 245% compared to 2019. 69% of West's compensation, or $2.3M, was in option awards. West also received $495K in non-equity incentive plan, $538K in salary, as well as $1K in other compensation.
Aaron Tachibana, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 50% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $519K, was in option awards.
Richard Chen, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $1.4M in 2020, a 127% increase compared to previous year.
