Personalis reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 1, 2022.
In 2021, three Personalis executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 73% increase compared to previous year.

John West, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.9M in total, which increased by 46% compared to 2020. 54% of West's compensation, or $2.7M, was in option awards. West also received $602K in non-equity incentive plan, $588K in salary, $1.1M in stock awards, as well as $1.5K in other compensation.
Richard Chen, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which increased by 113% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in stock awards.
Aaron Tachibana, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3M in 2021, a 96% increase compared to previous year.
