Personalis reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 4, 2023.
In 2022, five Personalis executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 51% decrease compared to previous year.
John West, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.6M in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2021. 46% of West's compensation, or $2.6M, was in option awards. West also received $618K in salary, $1.6M in stock awards, as well as $822K in other compensation.
Christopher Hall, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M. 50% of the compensation package, or $601K, was in stock awards.
Richard Chen, Chief Medical Officer, earned $691K in 2022, a 77% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen Moore, Chief Legal Officer, received $682K in 2022.
Aaron Tachibana, Chief Executive Officer, earned $676K in 2022, a 77% decrease compared to previous year.
