In 2023, four Personalis executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
Christopher Hall, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in total, which increased by 42% compared to 2022. 44% of Hall's compensation, or $763K, was in option awards. Hall also received $427K in non-equity incentive plan, $534K in salary, as well as $3K in other compensation.
Aaron Tachibana, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 147% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $858K, was in option awards.
Richard Chen, Chief Medical Officer, earned $1.3M in 2023, a 85% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen Moore, Chief Legal Officer, received $674K in 2023, which decreases by 1% compared to 2022.
