PetIQ reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 16, 2019.
In 2018, three PetIQ executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
McCord Christensen, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.5M in total, which increased by 28% compared to 2017. 60% of Christensen's compensation, or $1.5M, was in option awards. Christensen also received $500K in bonus and $491K in salary.
Susan Sholtis, President, received a compensation package of $2.4M. 62% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in option awards.
John Newland, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2018, a 40% decrease compared to previous year.
