PhenomeX reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 14, 2023.
In 2022, four PhenomeX executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 93% increase compared to previous year.

Siddhartha Kadia, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total. 58% of Kadia's compensation, or $5.8M, was in stock awards. Kadia also received $583K in non-equity incentive plan, $2.9M in option awards, $567K in salary, as well as $154K in other compensation.
