Philip Morris International reports 2018 executive compensation

Philip Morris International reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 21, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Philip Morris International received on average a compensation package of $7.5M, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
André Calantzopoulos, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which decreased by 16% compared to 2017. 73% of Calantzopoulos' compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Calantzopoulos also received $286K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, as well as $57K in other compensation.
Marc Firestone, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $6.2M, which decreased by 9% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $3.6M, was in stock awards.
Jacek Olczak, Chief Operating Officer, earned $6.1M in 2018, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Miroslaw Zielinski, President, Science amp; Innovation, received $5.3M in 2018, which decreases by 13% compared to 2017.
Martin King, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.9M in 2018, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.
