Philip Morris International reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 24, 2022.
In 2021, eight executives at Philip Morris International received on average a compensation package of $7.3M, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
André Calantzopoulos, Chairman, received $15M in total, which decreased by 30% compared to 2020. 80% of Calantzopoulos' compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Calantzopoulos also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $23K in other compensation.
Jacek Olczak, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $11M, which decreased by 4% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $4.7M, was in stock awards.
Emmanuel Babeau, Chief Financial Officer, earned $9M in 2021, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Jorge Insuasty, Chief Life Sciences Officer, received $5.3M in 2021.
Martin King, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4.8M in 2021, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Frederic de Wilde, President, European Union Region, received $4.6M in 2021, which decreases by 30% compared to 2020.
Stefano Volpetti, President Smoke-Free Products Category & Chief Consumer Officer, earned $4.6M in 2021, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
Drago Azinovic, President, Middle East & Africa Region and PMI Duty Free, received $4.3M in 2021.
