Photronics reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on February 28, 2019.
In 2018, six Photronics executives received on average a compensation package of $750K, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Peter S. Kirlin, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.5M in total, which increased by 31% compared to 2017. 38% of Kirlin's compensation, or $591K, was in salary. Kirlin also received $390K in bonus, $41K in option awards, $516K in stock awards, as well as $8.1K in other compensation.
Frank Lee, President, Asia IC Photomask, received a compensation package of $838K. 50% of the compensation package, or $419K, was in salary.
Christopher J. Progler, Chief Technology Officer, earned $674K in 2018, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Richelle Burr, General Counsel, received $557K in 2018, which increases by 3% compared to 2017.
John P. Jordan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $501K in 2018, a 83% increase compared to previous year.
Constantine S. Macricostas, Chairman, received $386K in 2018, which decreases by 50% compared to 2017.
Photronics' fiscal year ends on October 31.
